When you are shopping you will want to stick with the basics defined in the book; protein, fruits, veggies & healthy fats. Less ingredients in something is always better. I have been doing The Virgin Diet now for 6 days & have been asked by several people what it is. This post is much longer than my typical posts but explains the overall diet for you. In future posts I will be sharing more information on certain areas of the diet, recipes, tips & my success.
