Quick & Easy Foods for The Virgin Diet

One of the hardest parts of The Virgin Diet is knowing what you can eat! This post will help you figure that out.

When you are shopping you will want to stick with the basics defined in the book; protein, fruits, veggies & healthy fats. Less ingredients in something is always better. I’ve been scouring the shelves of my local grocery stores to find things that work in the diet & are easy & quick. Here are some of my favorites.

I ♥ thinkThin Protein Bars

Protein is so important in your diet & just when I thought protein bars couldn’t get any better (my favorite used to be Larabars) I found thinkThin bars.

  • Sugar Free
  • Made from natural ingredients
  • Most contain 20 grams of protein
  • Satisfies my sweet tooth

I found these in the gluten free aisle in the Hy-Vee health market section.  My favorite kinds are crunchy peanut butter & white chocolate chip.  I am not fond of the chocolate covered strawberry.
