Homemade Potato Chips

The only chips healthier than these chips are no chips at all.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Potato
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice potato
  3. Place slices on a cooling rack that is placed on a cookie sheet, this allows them to get crispy on both sides 
  4. Brush with Olive Oil
  5. Sprinkle with Sea Salt
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, some of the chips will be done depending on how thinly they were sliced, remove crispy chips & let the rest bake until crispy

I have yet to store these because they are too good & I eat them all!  But I suggest a covered container or resealable bag.
